Grateful

moving forward

There should not be a day that goes by when you can’t reflect on what you’re grateful for, a Proud dad moment when my boy starts teaching his sister about the rules for basketball, giving her tips and hints for her first year, explaining the game in a way a loving brother can. Yes they disagree a lot of the time, yes they fight like cats and dogs. Yes they remind me of me and my brother. Yes they are there for each other. I am grateful for being part of their journey.

Sitting outside watching the sun go down, enjoying the little things, for one day you may look back and realise they were the big things.

  4. So true. Each day has these special moments but we may overlook them in the hustle and bustle of life. You recognize what is so important. Well done dad! I too am grateful for each moment such as these. 🙂👍
